We want you to be satisfied with Papersmith Pro. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy — no hoops, no hassle.
If you subscribe to Papersmith Pro and are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial subscription date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
No reason required. We will not ask you to justify your decision or go through a retention flow.
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not automatically issued for subscription renewals or requests made after the 14-day window. However, if you have an exceptional circumstance — billing error, accidental renewal, or extended inability to use the Service due to an issue on our end — please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for automatic refunds under this policy. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription from your account page before your renewal date. You will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except in cases of billing errors or at our sole discretion.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are initiated on our end and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly if you have billing disputes, as they are the entity that charged your payment method.
